Angela is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed the comprehensive and accredited ICT 2200-hour program from CompuCollege in 2008. Angela is a registered and active member in good standing with the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association (NLMTA) and the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL).

 

Angela believes the goal to optimal therapy is engineered by a thorough pre-treatment intake and assessment. Her skills include Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy and stretching and strengthening exercises. Angela considers herself very fortunate to be working in a multidisciplinary environment and is dedicated to providing the most positive outcome in your rehabilitation process.
